The first step in safeguarding your future tenancy is to find a property through a respectable letting agent.
Tenancy Application Process
Once you have found a property, you will be required to complete an Application Form and supply the following documents:
- Photographic I.D (e.g Driver’s License / Passport)
- x2 Copies of ‘Proof of Residency’ (e.g Utility Bill(s) dated within the previous x 3 months / Tenancy Agreement)
- x6 months’ continuous Payslips
- x6 month’s continuous Bank Statements
- A copy of an official work reference (on official company letterhead) / Copy of Employment Contract
PLEASE NOTE – The Application Form(s) need to be completed and returned to Rodor Lettings & Management for processing within x2 working days. Failure to do so may result in the property being returned to the market and the application being forfeited.
Rodor Lettings & Management will complete a Credit Check and reference for your current employment and landlord if applicable. Should you require a Guarantor, we will need the Guarantor’s details within x2 working days. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the application.
Rodor Lettings & Management work in partnership with Let Alliance who will provide you with a no obligation quote for tenant liability insurance upon completion of your reference application. Alternatively, you can provide Rodor Lettings & Management with a copy of your current policy details prior to your move in.
On the day of completion, you will be required to pay x1 month’s rent along with a Security Deposit. These funds are required via Direct Bank Transfer – we do not accept cash, credit cards or personal cheques.
IF YOU FAIL THE REFERENCING PROCEDURE, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCEED WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
